About Silkwood Grove

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the little things that make life feel more alive: the beauty of a thoughtfully arranged room, the unexpected colors and textures of the natural world, or a small, surprising moment that makes you stop and wonder.

I’ve come to believe that we need more of these moments in our everyday lives. More wonder. More connection. More opportunities to pause, notice what’s around us, and feel part of something larger than our daily routines.

Silkwood Grove grew from that feeling. It’s my way of exploring how the things we make, the spaces we inhabit, and the attention we give to ordinary moments can bring a little more delight into our lives.

Here you’ll find nature-inspired spaces and decorative treasures, handmade silk creations, and writings about the art of noticing, connecting with nature, and finding our way back to ourselves. I’m interested in the ways our surroundings can nurture us, how small moments of beauty can shift the feel of an ordinary day, and how paying attention can help us feel more alive.

I also create Lightlings, my whimsical handmade silk lanterns, and Terra Totes, bags inspired by the textures and quiet magic of the natural world. Each is an opportunity to explore materials, follow an idea, and make something that brings a little delight into everyday life.

At its heart, Silkwood Grove is about making room to breathe. Not by doing more or making life more complicated, but by noticing what’s already here, welcoming a little wonder, and allowing ourselves to be touched by the world around us.
